Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this exact same issue. It's located in your UPlay account once you download it. Took me a while to find this out, I had to talk to some live chat CS which I think was with Nvidia if I'm not mistaken. They helped me better than any other CS I've ever used actually.
