“Hello I've recently bought this pc and after turning it on I see that at the bottom right side of the screen it says "activate windows go to settings to activate windows" which I did and I did not put any activation code in or anything i need help please”

The code is on the side of the tower. You have to scratch off any silver covering to expose all of the code if yours is partially covered.
