Yes, totally normal PC, I doubt I will ever use it for VR. And it runs alot of modern games flawlessly - I would definitely add a second 8gb ram chip though, it vastly improves the builds performance.

The PC itself can be used for VR as the hardware meets it requirements but does not necessarily mean it has to be used for VR. This PC can be used as any other Windows based PC to surf the web, check e-mail, play games, watch videos. Typically, VR headsets and applications require the PC they're being used on to meet specific requirements for them to work correctly.
