This is the pc for you then, this can run those games at high to max settings with 1080p. You will be getting 60fps or more depending on the game.

I built my last computer, but bought this one for something I could just plug in and go with. I have done no modifications to this rig, and it exceeds minimum requirements for all of those games. I double checked with the Systems Requirements Lab app ("Can You Run It?) and this machine exceeds min. requirements for all of these games, and meets recommended requirements for several.
