A:AnswerI do not own Gears of War 4, but I can tell you that Battlegrounds will play at around 60 fps. In-Game settings will make your fps vary. However OBS will be able to stream and record with your Elgato device at 1080p 60fps if you wish. Note your Elgato capture device will have to support 60fps at 1080p resolutions. The Game Capture HD will run 60fps at 720p, 30 at 1080p, while the Game Capture HD60, 60 Pro, and 60S will all support 1080p/60fps.
