- Answer Thanks for reaching out. The CPU depends on what the motherboard supports up to. As this motherboard may only support up to AM3+ sockets, the CPU you can go up to would be a FX-8350. If you want to go higher, you would need to upgrade the motherboard. As this motherboard may only support up to AM3+ sockets, the highest CPU you can go up to would be a FX-8350. If you want to go higher, you would need to upgrade the motherboard. It should have 6 USB ports and be compatible with a GTX 1050Ti. - Answer Thanks for reaching out Eric. It should usually have 6 USB ports, 4 in the back and 2 in the front. It should be able to support any graphics card so the GTX 1050Ti should be compatible. The Intel i7 is more powerful than the FX-6300. - Answer The exact motherboard may vary between brands, but will likely support only up to AM3+ sockets. With that, the highest CPU you can upgrade to would likely be FX-8320, FX-8350, or FX-8370. In order to upgrade to an AMD AM4 socket or Intel LGA1156 sockets, you'd need to upgrade the mortherboard. Changing out the motherboard may void your warranty.
