• It's an application you download totally free and from that application you can maneuver the camera from your phone, it's very easy I was amaze by that because you can also take pictures from your phone of what your camera is recording.

• The camera links to a local router, and access / viewing is linked to a free email account registered through the product's web site. The web site is easily accessible through an app. I have accessed it via an iPhone, iPad, or Windows 10 based computer. There is no fee required
