A:AnswerGeek squad was able to restore a good part of my data to my accidentally reformatted portable hard drive. They weren't able to get everything but I'm grateful for what they were able to recover. It's worth a try.
A:AnswerI have had files recovered from my trashed computer hard disk. They were pretty successful, and advised me of the success rate before completing the task. Note, however, they will not recover any applications, just data files - so if you have a bunch of apps that you have downloaded and previously paid for, you will need to repeat that process!
