- Answer They typically cost ridiculous amounts of money to recover (like $1400) and you can't get back your $100 deposit even if they fail. Also they treat you terribly, so I would not recommend using them.

QuestionHow can Windows 10 be deleted and an older windows be put back on after the 30 "dump" that they force on you? I have tried to do the things they said. Plus, my dvd won't work so I can't play the manufacturers disk.

QuestionHello, I have an old PC that won't turn on. What I want to do is get my content off the C drive and transfer it to my external hardrive. I don't need the PC anymore but I do want the content of the C drive. Is this something you guys can do? Thanks

- Answer It certainly is something they can handle. They recovered all the data off my external hard drive (104 gig!) after it had crashed so tackling your chore would be np problem at all.

QuestionCan you retrieve photos from a damaged microsd card?Whenever I put my sd card in a phone, it reads "SD card damaged. Try reformatting it." I tried my brother's computer and it doesn't read the card. I tried 3 different recovery softwares and they don't read the card. I don't care about my music, I just want my photos and videos. Can you recover them?

QuestionWhat is the cost and can it be fixed?I have a Lenovo K410 desktop purchased at Best Buy May 2013. I have updated to windows 8.1 since purchasing desktop with OEM windows 8. Lately I have run into corrupt files that windows can't fix (SFC /SCANNOW & pc refresh option & Hard disk thorough scan with fix option). I don't have a recovery disk. What would be the charge to fix this issue without wiping out my data and approx how long would you keep the desktop?
