“Does the DVR box have WiFi or does it need to be hard wired to the internet for the ClearVu app to work?”

• It will need to be hard wired. I bought a WIFI extender and plugged it into the same outlet power outlet as the DVR. This will receive your wifi signal and then you wire that to the dvr.

• Great question, The DVR must be hardwired with an Ethernet cable no longer than 30ft to a modem or router from your high speed internet provider
