• It mostly runs quiet. It has turned fans on occasionally even when not heavy multitasking is going on or heavy applications running. Just Microsoft office and maybe one browser in edge.

• It has been quiet so far, the more you make any laptop with a hard drive work harder it will ramp up. But so far it has done well.
