Note: This is a 2K gaming monitor not a 4K monitor. I am running 2 of them from my MacBook Pro using HDMI and Display Port from a Targus dock. Your MacMini should also be able to power them without issue. Both of my monitors are running at 2K 60Hz. Mac OS does not appear to support the 144 Hz refresh rate. My Gaming laptop is running at the full 144 Hz.

This is not a 4K monitor. Its a 2560x1440p 165hz refresh rate monitor.
