I bought this laptop because it said it supports the Occulus Rift S. I set up the laptop and the Rift S and I’m getting a message that says the PC doesn’t meet the minimum standards. Why not? The video also flickers. Thanks null

Make sure its fully updated and try again. Bios,Firmware,Drivers. Also would try to download drivers from AMD and not from DELL
