• The screen is very good. 1080p is excellent. But it is not 4k.

• It's an IPS panel, but it's not bad by any means. The frame rate is limited to 60 fps, and the max quality isn't 4k, but the screen is excellent to be honest. If you're used to a 4k panel, or don't like the anti-glare texture, I understand the concern. If those issues aren't a problem for you, then this is one of the best laptops you can get at this price point.
