• This does support two finger scrolling! I've used it multiple times already.

• The dell 11.6 does indeed have 2 finger scrolling.

• Yes, at least up/down. You can set it to be laptop style or tablet style. I also am able to zoom with that gesture type. The Synaptics driver offers lots of options.
