This laptop can run applications like HMI, SCADA, TIA PORTAL, CATIA, AUTO CAD , however, for better performance a system with a dedicated graphics card and 16 GB RAM is recommended. We recommend selecting a computer for designing and programming software as per the recommended hardware by the software developer. The processor on this laptop cannot be upgraded. The RAM on this laptop can be upgraded to 16 GB in the following configuration: 16 GB, 1 x 16 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz or 16 GB, 2 x 8 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz, dual-channel.
