A:AnswerCall the manufacture and give them the serial numbers and they can look up that particular computer. I ordered a Dell Computer from Walmart, sent by a third party and it was suppose to be a touchscreen, and brand new. When I call dell they told me the computer was 197 days old and was not a touchscreen.
A:AnswerNope. You can add an internal 2.5 HDD and upgrade the memory very easily but nope, you can’t add an internal CD-rom drive. Dell sells (and Bestbuy carries it) an external DVD drive which I picked up myself. Hope this helps.
