“I received my laptop today and it's suppose to be touchscreen but in the device manager I can't find the HID- touchscreen anywhere,,, What could be the problem,, did I get the wrong laptop? Under the systems about everything matches except no touchscreen”

Call the manufacture and give them the serial numbers and they can look up that particular computer. I ordered a Dell Computer from Walmart, sent by a third party and it was suppose to be a touchscreen, and brand new. When I call dell they told me the computer was 197 days old and was not a touchscreen.
