• You can install Chrome browser on this system and make it the default browser as well. The battery does not heat when plugged in and operates normally.

• I installed chrome immediately. It took a couple tries to make it accept it as my default. It doesn’t get hot when plugged in and not used. It doesn’t get overly hot while in use either.
