• If they have 110 plugs yes. If not you can buy an adapter to use. Just a few bucks. I would get one because more than likely you'll need it.

• You can always buy an adapter if their outlets aren't 110. They are just a few bucks. A more expensive route would be a transformer. We found some fairly cheap one time while overseas. Just check the output and make sure it will run your laptop. Always good to go a bit higher.
