It does NOT have a DVD/CD drive. However there is a "door" that doesnt open where one would go. It makes the pictures misleading.

There is a slot provided which resembles a DVD drive but it is not actually a DVD drive. You can buy and external drive for $25.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well, I just got off Best Buy CHAT, and they said, "I have checked and see that you will be unable to install the CD/DVD drive to the laptop as there will be no option to install the CD/DVD drive in the laptops." How unfortunate.

Please try again later.To clear up any confusion, earlier this Dell laptop product page displayed 2 images for this laptop showing a DVD-ROM drive door on the side of laptop. This was incorrect as this laptop does not come with an integrated DVD-ROM, which was also correctly noted in the specifications. Those images have been removed. The images on our website are now displaying correctly. We apologize for any confusion these images may have caused.
