Really fast computer ,reliable and Exellent price tag.

The Dell Inspirion Laptop has exceeded my expectations. It is fast and I have not had any issues.

It works well. For the price it was good deal. No issues so far. It is been about 2 months.

I bought this November 2018 for a great deal! The computer was so fast! I haven’t even filled half of the memory.... now that the service plan has ended.... NO JOKE.... it take 20-30 mins to turn on and load. And probably another 30 after that for you to be able to do anything. I can click on stuff..... and it takes awhile to load up.... but everything is slowed down that you might as well wait for it to turn on completely before trying to open anything..... very disappointed. Didn’t even last for a 1 1/2years!!

Took the big deal at Thanksgiving sale for this laptop. Bought it for my teenage son great Christmas gift. Good for homework to complete assignment, it does games to fortnite, minecraft and Roblox . Thanks bestbuy.

I got this lap top to be use at school, and I am enjoying.

We are very pleased with the performance of this mid level touch-screen laptop. The laptop features a 256 GB solid state drive, 8 GB RAM, and Core i5 processor. With Black Friday pricing, we could not be more pleased. While the screen resolution, processor and weight may not be appropriate for some, they were a great fit for our needs.

This is a nice laptop for the price. Of course, I can't compare it to any high end laptop having full HD or 4k screen and 8th gen processors BUT for this price (especially with deal), this is a great machine. Ram is upgradable to 16gb which is a huge pro. I don't think you can add a second drive in DVD slot as this unit didn't come with a DVD drive installed. There's a dummy slot at that place but I don't think it will have necessary SATA connectors inside so that one can simple swap it with a SSD caddy (will need to explore on that). I believe it has256gb NVMe drive which is another pro as they are crazy fast. 7th gen i5 is surely enough of almost all the routine tasks (including office work). Touchscreen is another plus, although screen resolution is only 720p but it's acceptable. Keyboard is full sized and mainly all keys like pguo, pgdn, home etc are clearly separated and don't need user to use combinations with Fn keys to perform these operations which is very important for my use case. Overall this is a great machine for the price.

I bought this laptop for its price point at a black friday discount..having good ssd with a touchscreen.. and it didn't disappoint..largely ( it would be great if the weight was lower than the 2kg + it is now and the plastic on the frame had a better look/maybe a premium look)..I like its performance specially when I use it for learning big data s/w though am yet to check its performance when connecting to DBs..general video and daily office work is quite smooth...and the screen is of good size showing a pretty good details when looking at videos. I will update my experience when using external storage (for DBs)..but for now quite a good value for money (but should remind you that you need to spend a little more on ms office and other necessary daily use softwares)

I bought this laptop primarily for work purposes. It didn't need to have a nice 1080 screen, I was more interested in touchscreen capability and that it had enough RAM and the price was reasonable. I will say that the screen isn't beautiful, it's enough to get the job done. I use it mostly for spreadsheets and maintaining social media accounts so I'm not watching movies or anything like that on it. I also noticed that while I was using it, it seemed to run a little hot. When it was in sleep mode though it cooled down a bit. Not sure if I would have bought this for a non black Friday price but I'm satisfied for now.

This was on sale for $399 on Black Friday. I saw many reviews of it being "cheap" (in terms of build quality). I'll admit it's not the sturdiest I've ever had, but I think it's the best bang for your buck. It's extremely fast to turn on. It literally takes like 15 seconds to go from off to open Chrome/Firefox/whatever you use. It'd be nicer if there was a bigger hard drive, but that's why the price is affordable. Many people have spare external hard drives. Even a small one is cheap and the only technological knowledge you need to know is where the USB port is. Aside from that there's 1 "eh" from me. It's a tad on the heavy side. Not "I can't carry this around" heavy, but the fact that there's no CD/DVD drive, and there's lots of plastic, makes you wonder why it's that heavy to begin with. Not a big deal (if you've experienced an older laptop it's not nearly as heavy as those bricks were). Anyway...if you can get this around the $400 mark it's a terrific deal.

Touchscreen with I5 processor at just the right size 15’6 screen plus 8gb ram...Surely the best deal in town. I have to be in line for this last black friday. You cant beat $399 price hands down. Fast boot, not much cluttering apps. I certainly don’t regret anything. Maube the battery is the negative. I have a dell laptop before and battery died less than a year. Let’s see. I’ll update when that happens. I promise

My husband and I were in the market for a new laptop. We stumbled upon this model and decided to give it a try because the price was right and the specs were more than plenty for our needs. The computer is super light, start-up was super quick and the charging adapter is lightweight/small. The touchscreen is very responsive and connecting to our WiFi was lightening fast. We are overall very pleased with our purchase. If you’re in the market for a new laptop, this may be the one for you. Any computer we looked at with these specs were expensive, which is why we grabbed this one up for 400$! You won’t be disappointed!

Been trying to get this computer at the advertised price of $400 for awhile because the SSD and touch screen. Try this with any other brand and see the cost.Also, I have tried most of the other major brands and NONE have the quality of this Dell. Most complaints for this model is that it comes bloated with unnecessary software and is slow. Delete the software, do updates -- yes they take awhile -- and it runs like a charm.

Very fast computer (good processor, ssd hard drive, ram) Touchscreen a plus. Screen and sound not the best. I will like it more once I learn how to use windows 10 Worth more than what I payed for (bought for the price of Black Friday $399) I’ll see if it will handle all the programs I’m planning to install

I purchased this during a black friday special. Was a good deal for a SSD laptop with decent speed and the price was just right.. I wanted to like it, i really did.. the touchscreen was great but and the speed was alright but this computer had a couple of deal breakers for me. i thought i could live without a backlit keyboard.. i couldn't.. it really made a difference. And 2, the actual laptop felt VERY cheap.. such thin plastic, it terrified me that it'd break quickly.. on top of that, the edges near where your hands would rest while typing were sharp!! Like , really sharp.. like cut through my hand sharp and uncomfortably sharp.. I ended up returning it for a different Dell - paid a little more but ended up with a better laptop that didn't try and kill my hands.

I ordered this product on Black Friday for only $400.00 after seeing that it was on sale in Best Buy's Black Friday flyer. With an i5, 8gbs of ram, and a 256gb SSD (Not a hard drive). I thought it was an amazing steal for $400. It works great too, and having a touchscreen is a great added bonus!

It has all the specs I wanted, 7th g I5 or better, SSD drive and at least 8g ram. Feels cheaply made, but it’s the best price available for those specs. Performance is as expected.
