Dell reliablility with 15.6" touch screen and 256 GB SSD hard drive and i5 processor for 400$ is incredible. awesome deal. The drawbacks are no backlit keypad and completely black color, but at this price I don't mind these

0, Laptop was on sale, almost 30% off, with I5, ssd hard drive, 8g memory, Windows 10, etc. Very fast and light weight. So far, it has been great as a successor to a seven year old desk top. Very easy to deal with Best Buy.

I purchased this computer on Black Friday. I had been looking at laptops in the $400 dollar range. When this laptop went on a significant sale, I purchased it. I have owned several laptops in the past. The rest have been HP modes and this was my first Dell. The workmanship on this machine appears similar to the laptops I have owned in the past. I found it to be sufficiently fast and it has worked properly for me. I like how quiet the laptop runs. The only complaint I have is the fact that the screen isn't as bright and sharp as some of the laptops I have owned in the past.

I purchased this computer as a replacement travel computer so having lots of storage was not important. Solid state hard drive is noticeable faster.

I wasn't looking for any mainstream laptop. Needed basic laptop with good configuration and this worked out best. Touch screen works fine and SSD is definitely a good speed up on performance.

I brought this laptop on sale which made it a good buy for me. I brought a similar laptop with the same intel i5 and 8gb memory except that the other laptop uses a hard drive. I found that this laptop works a bit faster. I have not tried using it for any games so cannot comment if it would be good for that. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that it looks very basic and the screen resolution would have been better if it could go a bit more brighter. Otherwise, I feel that this laptop would be very useful with everyday use and light multitasking.

It is lighter than my previous Dell's, its fast, has the features I was looking for and it was a great price, I would have paid a few hundred dollars more for this laptop at any other retailer.
