Yes, this laptop model is eligible for Windows 11 upgrade.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This computer WILL NOT run windows 11 correctly. I bought this after reading the response from dell and verifying it with a Best Buy sales person that it will run windows 11. Yes it will let you download it without even a warning. But then it will crash and burn the pc. And you won't even be able to boot it up. And because it was brand new I hadn't created a recovery disc yet. So after 3 unsuccessful hours on the phone with Dell support, they said I could buy a flash drive with windows 10 on it to reinstall. Why on God's green earth should I have to do that. Windows 11 needs a TPM 2.0 and this computer has no tpm. You can verify this with the pc health check app which I should have done instead of beleiving what Best Buy and Dell said. Don't make the same mistake I did. If you want to run windows 11, Dont buy this PC!!

The computer i first bought apparently had a bad motherboard which would not read the tpm. Dell support offered to replace the motherboard at no cost since it is brand new and under warranty. Instead I took it to the Best Buy geek squad at the South Asheville NC store and explained that it had crashed and all the details. He offered to just give me a new computer as he agreed that the motherboard was bad. I asked him to please verify if this replacement computer would run Windows 11 and he refused. He said that if I used the PC health check ap on the problem computer and it said it would not run with windows 11, then that was that. I explained that I needed to know whether the result I got from the PC health check was accurate for all of these same computers or did it just give me that result due to the bad motherboard. He refused to answer that question unless I paid him $200 for the protection plan.I told him that this was not a protection plan kind of issue, just basic customer service for a paying customer who just wanted accurate information. He still refused. Absolutely inexcusable and a pathetic lack of customer service. The good news is that this new computer is running fine on Windows 11, albeit with an issue involving the microsoft store which is apparently plaguing many windows 11 updates which I haven't had time to address yet. So an A+ for this computer and an F- for Best Buy South Asheville Geek Squad.
