Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They probably can, but they would charge extra for that service. You should be able to do the data transfer yourself, with the help of a portable HD/SSD/flash drive (anything 512GB or larger will work). Just copy/paste anything you can't download or install from original media from your old computer to the portable storage medium, do the basic setup of your new Dell tower, then copy/paste from the portable storage medium to the same drive paths on the Dell tower. (So "Documents" will be copy/pasted to "Documents", anything which was in Program Files x86 should be copy/pasted to Program Files x86, etc.) Download Windows 11-compatible drivers for any peripherals such as printers, since the old Win7 drivers will be outdated. Any software for which you have the original CD-ROM/DVD-ROM which you wish to continue using can be installed and will probably still work on the Dell tower. (I installed a pre-Windows 7 version of MS Word on my Dell tower, and it works fine.) So sure, Geek Squad can probably do the data transfer for you, but you can do it yourself, too.
