This desktop comes with a line-out port at the back panel that can connect compatible home theater speakers to this desktop.

To me the limitation is more the disk expandability. This does come with an optical drive, but there's only provision for mounting a single 3.5 inch disk remaining unused. I guess you could add a single large drive, but I prefer to have more than 1 (unless you have a NAS box) for backups, the stock 512GB SSD will fill up pretty quickly with large video files. Too bad, the chassis looks like there's room for more drives if they wanted to make provisions for them but sadly they didn't. Also, the motherboard likewise has only 1 unused SATA signal port (and corresponding 1 unused SATA power port) though you could add a PCI-e SATA card and power pigtails to the power supply). Note the motherboard goes up to 16GB RAM, which is also modest but at least for now shouldn't be a limitation for home theatre in my mind.
