“How long will the battery last between charges and is the windows 11 version available for download without additional charge if we don't want 11S? I want to be able to download apps that are not on the Microsoft app store.”

Battery life is about 6 solid hours if in contious use. You will need to have it hooked upto a charger at some point during a work day

The Dell technical support team will help you with that. The battery operating time varies depending on operating conditions and can significantly reduce under certain power-intensive conditions.
