- Answer A limited version of Windows 11 that only allows apps from the MS App Store to be loaded onto the computer. If you have 8 GB or better of RAM, you can upgrade to full Windows 11. I did it immediately on my laptop; no issues. Once you go up to full Windows 11, you can’t go back.
