It is worth it because I have it and was able to install it on my son's newly purchased laptop because once purchased you are allowed to share it on up to four or five other devices. Years ago CNET had an excellent computer forums website you could go to offering many resources although I don't know if their forums board is still operational or not. You can always go ask Mr. Google.
