Is this laptop a good option for CS grad student? null

I would think so, although you would likely need Windows Office or similar to perform many student related tasks. I already had Office 13 so I didn't have to purchase separately, but I believe it comes with a trial subscription to Office 365.

This laptop is appropriate for a graduate student.
