A:Answer I have had this laptop for 6 weeks, and I use Zoom almost every weekday, sometimes for multiple meetings in one day. I have found the audio and visual quality excellent -- though keep in mind that your internet connection speed is crucial. I changed carriers soon after purchasing this computer, in order to have more reliable and speedy internet connections, and wow, what a difference that makes! So assuming that your internet connectivity is good, this laptop should work well for telehealth/telepractice purposes. Also, as an aside, the 13.3" size makes this laptop very portable.
