“Which trial version of Microsoft Office does this laptop come with? If it is Office 365, will it be a problem to replace it with Office Home & Student Edition 2019 or 2016 at the end of the trial period since I don't need Outlook?”

you should be able to install your student version. if you begin installation shouldn't be a problem when asked for your code it should supersede any trial versions
