I have this computer, I bought it a few weeks ago and I am running Oculus Rift on it with good performance. 

Only thing to look out for is there are many individual builds for this machine. The one I have is a Ryzen 7, 16gb RAM with an AMD Radeon RX 580. Video card is the key for VR; generally recommended is a Radeon RX 570 or better or Nvidia 1060, preferably the 6GB variant not the 3GB, or better.

Without a doubt this setup purchased "as is" is definitely VR ready.
