A:AnswerJoy systems refurbished both the ones I bought. I suspect that have a contract w Best Buy. Both computers I have purchased were very much like what I ordered, but not exactly so. That might not matter, but might. They feel like a company that tries hard but has guys grabbing machine off of big racks to fulfill orders quickly, and getting a similar product to finish an order when the exact one order is no longer available.
