The monitor is staying on a black screen and the only thing I can do is press the tiny buttons on the bottom of the monitor to personalize some settings. I’m not super tech savvy so I’m still not sure if this is supposed to be happening. null

Restart the pc, choose another port on your video card , try a different cable. Try the monitor connected to a laptop if possible.
