“EC9335 machine is brand new. I cannot get it to prime.; hot water button will start the pump but nothing comes out. I called DeLonghi and they said priming is the problem and I "may need to do it up to 60 times".Didn't help. About to return. Help.”

I printed maybe 20 times, and after I got hot water

I had the same problem and ended up jus exchanging it for another unit.
