Both HDMI outputs are 4K but only the Monitor1 connector supports ARC if you need it.
If your TV and Projector aren't both the same resolution the auto(dual) setting will pick the highest common format for both. ie: if your projector is 1080p and your TV is 4k you'll only get 1080p on the TV. You would have to manually switch which output is active to drive one of the other at it's native resolution.
