Hello, thanks for your question. This lock connects to the app via Bluetooth, allowing you to lock/unlock and view activity logs when your phone is within Bluetooth range. For remote control from anywhere, a G2 Gateway is required and sold separately. If you prefer a smart lock with built-in Wi-Fi, you can choose our D110 Plus or C100 Plus series.
