A: Hello, thanks for your question. This lock connects to the app via Bluetooth, allowing you to lock/unlock and view activity logs when your phone is within Bluetooth range. For remote control from anywhere, a G2 Gateway is required and sold separately. If you prefer a smart lock with built-in Wi-Fi, you can choose our D110 Plus or C100 Plus series.
A: Hi there, thanks for asking. All fingerprint and passcode data is stored directly on the lock, not on a server. No personal data is uploaded or sent to the cloud, so you don’t need to worry about your information being shared.
A: Thanks for reaching out. The lock uses 4×AA batteries and usually lasts up to about 12 months with normal use. When the batteries start running low, you’ll get a low-battery alert so you have time to replace them. If the batteries do run out completely, you can temporarily power the lock with a power bank using the Type-C emergency port at the bottom.
A: No worries at all — most first-time users are able to install it themselves. The lock is designed for quick DIY installation and typically takes around 15 minutes. It include both digital and printed manuals with step-by-step guidance, and if you get stuck at any point, you’re welcome to contact online support team for help.

This lock fits standard doors sized: Door Thickness 1-3/8" to 2"(35 to 50mm) Backset 2-3/8"or 2-3/4”(60 or 70mm) Door Hole Diameter 1"(25mm) Hole Diameter2-1/8"(54mm) It’s especially suitable for bedroom doors that have only one existing bore hole, since it includes a built-in lever handle and replaces the original handle and latch in one piece.
