Not sure what you mean by waterproof. This can probably take a light mist, but would not recommend operating in rainy conditions or where it will come in contact with lots of water.

No. But I have seen videos taken by a Mavic Pro being flown in a light shower. Winds are to be monitored along with battery life remaining to avoid losing the drone.
