• Not supported as of now. Rumor is that in the near future Dji might release the firmware So stay tune.

• DJI has not released an update that will allow this yet. The Mavic Air 2 was released with the same controller as the mini 2 also unable to be used with the smart controller. A few months later DJI did release an update that allowed it's use with the Mavic air 2. Hopes are that they will release an update that will allow use of the mini 2 in the future.

• You are not able to use the DJI smart controller on the mini 2. This might be something they add to the software in the near future, but as of now, it is not a reality.
