You will need to find out which location you are wanting to fly-in. For the most part you will still want to adhere to FAA requirements on flying a drone. The app will also notify you if you are within a restricted airspace and you might have to change your flying parameters to maybe 100-200ft as opposed to 400ft range. You may also have to do research on FAA site to make sure that you are legally flying the drone even though you technically do not have to register it with them.

But you must follow all FAA rules, line of sight, not fly over people, or vehicles. Certain areas have there own restrictions so search for drone regulations in thecm specific area uou want to fly.
