• No, I have an iPhone 12 with an otter box commuter series case and it will not fit my phone in the case. It makes my super nervous to use with my phone out of the case.

• I used it with an Android galaxy note 20 and I had a case on it. The clamp expanded wide enough to support the case. So to answer your it most likely work with your iPhone and the case.

• according to the specs on the DJI site (https://www.dji.com/om-5/specs), the clamp can handle phone thickness of 6.9-10mm and width of 67-84mm. I've got an apple MagSafe silicone case on my 12 Pro Max and the clamp is wide enough but the thickness with the case is slightly less than 10mm and to be honest, the case is relatively thin. I'd imagine this won't work for thicker cases (like my Rhinoshield I used to use) but I've never used a Mous case so you'll have to do the measurements to see for yourself.

• I don't know about that specific case, but the magnetic clip seems to work with every case I've thrown at it on my S21 Ultra. That said, the clip and magnet are really strong and I would feel comfortable trusting them under most conditions

• It fits fine with an iPhone 11 Max with a TPA enclosure so it should be fine. The phone does not need to be out of a case
