• Hi Elroy, this is Krystal with Dyson. This tool will work with the Dyson V7 Motorhead. However, it does require a QR release adapter which it does not come with but is sold separately. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Service

• I not sure if it will work with the V7, but it does comes with an adapter. I ordered mines at BestBuy.Com.
