Hi there! Thank you for your interest in the Dyson Ball Multi-Floor. This model is certified asthma & allergy friendly. The difference between this model and the Cinetic Big Ball Animal & Allergy is the filter maintenance and tool attachments. The Multi-Floor has 2 filters to maintain once every 3 months while the Cinetic line does not have filters to maintain. The Cinetic Animal & Allergy also comes with more tool attachments. The main difference between this and animals are the extra tools/attachments. Either one is fine depending on how much of the tools you're actually going to use. These are the same in terms or size, suction, cord length etc. I think there's a slight difference in the head but not much.
