“What is covered in the 5 year warranty? I bought this vacuum 2 and 1/2 years ago and the motor stopped working with a weird noise. What is the procedure ? Should I go directly to Best Buy ?”

Hi Luis. The 5 year manufacturer limited warranty is in effect from the original date of purchase, which covers the vacuum for both parts and labor for manufacturer defect, when used for private household purposes in accordance with the owner manual.
