I got this unit to replace my “animal” model. Much much lighter, and the suction is great!

I can tell you that the Dyson Ball Multi Floor Upright is just over 17 lbs. Our upright and canister models will have the most weight or bulk to them, whereas our cordless models have the lowest weight; those are generally right around 5-6 pounds. I hope this helps!
