“Hello, I have noticed that the last two times I have charged my Dyson Straightener, it will not charge. I have tried charging on the dock and directly with the port to the unit. What is the policy for manufacturers issues like this?”

• Hello, Dyson has a 2 year manufacturer warrant on straighteners. Batteries are included in this. You can troubleshoot on their website, call them, or their website has a chat.

• I had the same issue. Luckily I bought the warranty on it . Took it back to Best Buy and they gave me a new one with no hassle.
