Q: QuestionHello, I have noticed that the last two times I have charged my Dyson Straightener, it will not charge. I have tried charging on the dock and directly with the port to the unit. What is the policy for manufacturers issues like this?

Q: QuestionHello, I couldn’t figure out to turn off the airplane mode on my new duaon straightner. The videos available on you tube are on old model so it’s not helping. I just received my straightner yesterday and charged it.
