Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The battery on the Cyclone V10 can be replaced, if the need ever arises. They are available for purchase and are a consumer-fit part. The battery on the V10 is not intended to be swapped out regularly, however, as it's held in to place with screws that would become stripped over time, with repeated removal.
